Firstly, has anyone taken the AIB Aptitude Test for Customer Service? If so, could they describe roughly what it entails?

Secondly, and this might seem like a silly question, but does anyone know if the AIB Aptitude Test has a dress-code? Do you have to be clean-shaven?

    Hey just saw this there.

I had mine last Thursday and it went very well, but the feedback I got off everyone else was quite negative!

In the email I was given a link to the SHL and Morrisby testing programmes.

Ignore the SHL one, was absolutely nothing like the test.

There were 6 sections, verbal, inductive (I think) and numerical.

If you haven't had yours I'll go into detail about the questions if you want!

Dress code, business casual; most guys wore slacks and a shirt, jumper/jacket, no tie.

If you did take it, how did you get on?

Mine is at 11.15. Yeh same, although I have had a look at a few other threads and some people listed the questions they got which are a bit different, but think those were for positions in Naas so maybe that makes a difference. And yeh think so, when I applied it was for Graduate Sales Banking so hopefully that is the same thing. Have you done much prep so far? xx

Yeh neither did I, recruitment agency was hopeless, didn't send me details of aptitude test until the day before. Don't think it matters when you hear back it just depends on how long it takes someone to get round to phoning. The other girl was told it would take up to two weeks and she heard next day x
