In the same building as the phoenix.

It's got plenty of the equipment you would need, but no fancy steam rooms/ swimming pools like the glenroyal if you wanted that. Generally quiet during the day. No one there in the mornings. It's busiest from 5-8 in the evening. Even if it's busy, you won't be waiting too long for machines. Generally don't have to wait for machines at all.

Gym is actually empty enough over summer, which I hate. It's always good when there are a few people about, creates a good atmosphere and keeps you motivated. But yeah, summer is like tumble weed in there.
