No foal no fee solicitors in Midlands?

A friend is looking for a to speak to a solicitor in relation to a litigation case on a no foal no fee basis. Does anyone know if any Midland solicitors do this? I thought there might be one in Athlone (I could swear I heard it on a local radio station a couple of years ago) but not sure.
