Sharing DLC question?

Hey, I know you used to be able to share dlc between 5 ps3's and now its 2 ps3's but does the 2 ps3's have to be the same everytime? Can i share the dlc between other ps3's but still be 2 ps3's? I have my ps3 and my friends ps3 linked to my account. Can i also link my 3rd friends ps3 to it so he can have the 2nd shared dlc…
