Why are these 'not recommended for cars over 20 years old'?????

Anyone? Does the car rust away/explode if it's over 20?

dunno about that ..but i bought 2 of them and their better than one i bought in a motor factors ..

and there on cars over 30 years of age ..for over 2 year ,not a bother on them ,no rips or tears ..lasting very well .

Are they the dark blue ones?
If so, then I've two of them on classics, they're only dust covers they don,t hold off the rain, and if they do get wet they dry off quick enough.

All I want for the moment is a dust cover anyway, might look at getting a specialist weather cover in the near future.
