IRSC membership confirmation?

    I just renewed my Irish Rugby Supporters Club membership yesterday, but still haven't received any confirmation email (kinda typical, I never get any confirmation that my membership is about to expire either).

    Has anyone else received any confirmation? I read somewhere they'll be emailing out some code to each member to buy tickets, but if I didn't get any confirmation I might not get that email either. If I request a password reset, I get it so they obviously do have my correct email address.

    Someone else in the office also renewed, and didn't get any confirmation.

    I'm getting the feeling this is going to be another "1000s buy IRSC membership, a few hundred are able to buy tickets".

    Have you checked your Junk Mail folder?
    If so and all is clear, send email to manager@irishrugby.ie outlining your issue as soon as you can.

    Sure, I know that. But there's some point where the member:ticket ratio gets so high that it's disingenuous to sell memberships on the basis of acquiring tickets, when you've as much chance of winning in the lotto.

    Thanks. I was keeping an eye on the IRSC forum, and the codes were sent out this afternoon. Also received mine.
