Hosting a dinner party tomorrow night and will be buying my itenary this evening and doing some preparation.

My main is a prawn curry, however one thing that I am concerned about is that if I buy my prawns tonight, put them in the fridge and cook them the following night will they stay fresh enough, I could buy them tomorrow but would have to go out of my way to get them. Is it worth it?

I'm afraid that is advice that nobody on this forum can give you - giving food safety advice is against this forum's charter. Nobody knows how fresh they'll be when you buy them, or how efficient your fridge is etc, and you could end up ill if given the wrong advice.
I have to close this thread.
