On January 9th I was in work and walked into a walk in freezer and as i was walking out with stuff in my hand 3 boxes stacked higher then me (im 5ft10inc) fell on me I fell on my left wrist and the impact of this I could not move my left arm, at 1st the first aider looked me over and sent me to the doctors who then sent me for x-ray at my local hospital. I then was told it was a bad sprain and took the rest of the day off sick at work and the following day and i was on holiday for one week but my wrist was still swollen and i could not use it much so went back to doctors and have been signed off for 2 more weeks, but got sent back for 2nd x-ray, I was then told it was not in fact a sprain but hair line fracture so i still cant use it much and next week monday my sick note will be running out so I'll probably come back with another sick note. I'm just wondering is it worth suing my company?

Contact a solicitor and see what he thinks. Looking at tort or negligence case. If successful I doubt you'll be thanked for it.

What you mean thanked for it?

I told my work over and over about bad stacking they did nothing about it i used a weeks holiday to heal my wrist when a holiday should not be used for this thing surely.

No legal advice of that nature to be looked for here.
