Advice re competency based questionnaire

    Hi all, I have a interview with a fund administration company this week and the recruiter mentioned on the phone that i would have to do a competency based questionnaire before the interview. Has anyone every gone through a similar process and have any tips?

    Reasonably straight forward. Questions will be on past experience, including teamwork, sttenghts, weaknesses, deadline orientation, challenges, etc. You should have an answer ready for each one, describing the situation, task, achievement and result.

    Talk to the recruiter. If they have sent anybody fir interview with the company before, they should know what gets asked at interview.
