Hi had a look at your site, have a few suggestions:

In the Private Parties section it should read 'through to today's best chart hits' not threw to today’s best Chart hits.
'out to view our website. the music and DJ are' capitol letter after full stop
'based in Dublin covering all Dublin and surrounding areas.' better to say 'based in Dublin, but also can cover the surrounding areas'
'If its a sweet 16th' maybe say 'whether it's a sweet 16, fabulous 40th or any other age worth celebrating' sounds like you do all ages not just 16 to 90. Sometimes younger parties are booked like teenagers and students under 16. (unless you don't do those sort of gigs)
'private functions, birthday parties plus disco bars.' not many people call them 'disco bars' afaik, maybe just say pubs and clubs ?
'Active DJs is a Dublin based company.' better to say 'Active DJs are a Dublin based registered company If you are a Revenue and CRO registered company.
On the 'our DJs' page either use one kind of description. Either use third or first person description. E.G. 'Darren is a joint owner of Active DJs alongside Mark. He started DJ-ing at the age of 16. He has worked at weddings, birthday parties and corporate events over the years.'
Facebook link is dead for Darren
You can make email links active by using a cloaker like this one http://www.tucows.com/preview/400146/Email-Cloaker-For-Web it'll cut down on your spam.

Also the nav buttons could do with being either text or numbers, just my view but having numbers under the text looks wrong. Apart from that (lol) nice site, maybe change the header to just say 'Active DJs' and drop the .net and put main contact number in the header tab (the one where it says Party Time) Good luck and hope you do well. :)

Personally, I really don't like the way it looks. Its too 'stock' and the main image is very 'American with a Miami vibe' All the images are not your own and arn't Irish. It screams 'we haven't done a gig yet and have no decent photos'

I think you'd be best off stripping it right back to a very basic one-page template with decent photos that you took. Few links to to your own and a company facebook.

I see its developed in WordPress I'd immediately change the template. I hope you didn't pay for it.

Sorry if thats overly sharp but its my view on it.
