Hi!
I have dark blonde/light brown hair. In the summer it goes way blonder and I'd like to lighten it now (it's gone sort of dull) but I've literally now idea what hair dye I need or, like, do I need permanent or semi-permanent. I'm pretty sure I only want highlights, because I want something low-maintenance that I can just let grow out. I was thinking of just doing it myself, does anyone have any recommendations?

Or should I just get it done professionally?
