Couple - One full-time job, one part-time

I've looked on welfare.ie & citizens info site but still not sure about this.

Currently I'm on JSA. My partner (we're cohabitants) works 3 days per week & is on JSA as well.

If I get a full-time job, I'll obviously lose my JSA. What happens to my partner's JSA is what I'm trying to figure out. How does my income affect their payment?

Do we add our weekly means together? Does that then have to be under a certain figure to pass a means test? Is that figure €312?

JSA amount paid = €312 - combined means
    Is this correct?

there are a few calculations here that have been done for people but as a guide, if one person is earning over €500 per week there is very little lightly hood of any JSA payment for the other person.

Take this example where neither person earns over €500.

    Person A (Full-Time): €360 pw

    360 - (20 x 3) = 300
    300 x 60% = €180

    Person B (Part-Time): €230 pw

    230 - (20 x 3) = 170
    170 x 60% = €102

Total means for couple = €282 (should pass the means test, right?)

To figure out the payment, do you subtract total means from €312 (which is max for a couple)?
Or do you subtract Person B's means from €156 (which would be their max payment)?

    So payment is:
    312 - 282 = €30 or
    156 - 102 = €54

Anyone tell me which answer is correct, if either?
