Thanks guys for giving me the advice in the last thread:

    http://touch.boards.ie/thread/2056852379?page=1

Now I have received a letter and form from MY insurance company. But I'm not claiming anything myself. So I guess it's the girl went ahead with the claim and wanted to claim on my policy. Do I need to fill the form as i don't agree it's my fault???? I thought its her company's forms I need to fill?! I told my company that its not my fault???! Please help!

Its your insurer that you need to be talking to about this; they are the ones who will be able to give you the best advice and who will help you through it.

How was it closed? Did they pay her against your policy?

I dont think they paid as I wasn't told and I didnt even fill the form. They cant pay her without any written information from me. I will sue them if this is the case!

Yes they can pay without you filling any forms out. You need to ring them and ask what the outcome was. If they have put the claim against you, then you will need to get proper advise as to what can be done next.

Bless your innocence, they always pay without consulting you, and you specifically authorized them to do so in the small print.

The first you'll hear of it is when you premium shoots up (and then you won't be able to move with a claim on your record).

I feel bad for posting what I did, you probably not going to sleep well tonight thinking about this.

haha, no worries. I will ring them tomorrow. I will give them hard time if they did especially I rang them already. I was too naive not to ask how they closed the case but I am not too worried.
