    Classic!

I have some tags left over from last yr, didn't do bvd testing last year, so just wondering what do I have to do this year. I presume there is a new tagger to be bought anyway for the bvd samples. What else is there?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

you will have to order bvd tags to go along with the left over yellow tags and the taggers

I ordered a tagger with my tags in early dec, took maybe 3wks for the tags to come, no sign of the tagger. I assumed there was abit of a delay, but nothing at all, so called them up afew days ago. They said it should have been in one of the boxes of tags if it didn't come separately, but it should definitely have arrived to me by now. They are supposedly sending it out to me now though!

Got my tags yesterday. Delivered in a big cardboard box. On the side a sticker stated the number of tags; No. of tags ..... 4935. It would take 50+ years to use them all. Unless I expand big time!!!!!!!!!!! D'gold would not need all those awkward f..ing farmers lol. Opened box, only got what I ordered.

On a serious note; having to use a seperate pin to apply the conventional tags is a pain. ( will get lost, sure as hell) Ended up using the old red taggers for them. Therefore using 2 taggers as I had to last year.

Also, as your trying to seperate a 1 set of tags from the others, tags can dislodge very easily. Have to keep a close watch on the numbers, as I'm tagging. Could be a big problem explaining that to the boys and girls of the Dept.

After inserting tissue sample tag keep finger over end of metal tube until clicked into plastic container - have seen piece of "flesh" fall out resulting in having to re order tag etc ;)

    voice of experience:rolleyes:

No it will be a simple answer they will be giving you to go splash out yourself for the replacement tags and tough sh%t for getting mixed up! But yep I agree fully, stupid design alright, definitely worth running some sellotape along the top of all of them to save yourself the hardship of them falling out the whole time!
