Fire near St Kevin's, Dublin 8

Driving home last night, part of the South Circular was blocked off by Gardai. Was able to go around them but noticed a few fire engines close to St Kevin's. Anyone know what happened?

Was a fire in a house about 3 doors up from St. Kevins, I was on there about 5 mins after the fire engines arrived. Seen a lady in her dressing gown getting into an ambulance without a bother (think she was from the house). Didn't look too bad from the outside so presume the numbers was just incase it got out of hand as those houses along there would be packed with people as a lot of them are rented out as bedsits.

Just wondering, how far away was that place from Clanbrassil Terrace? SCR is around the corner...

About 5-7 minutes walk away.

Thanks for letting me know. The guy, I'm looking after was terrified enough after the break in is his gaff, I hope, incidents like this don't bring back memories
