Studying Tax and Company Law

    Hi. I'm about to choose my subjects for this semester, and I'm toying with the idea of picking Tax and Company. I know it's a very subjective question, but are they difficult or boring? They aren't subjects that I'd normally go for, but I fancy something a bit different from Criminology, Jurisprudence, etc.

    Just a word of caution; jurisprudence is required for the Kings Inns. Criminology from my brief experience of it was very interesting and would be 'something different' as it's really a sociological subject rather than a legal one.

    We have an entire year of Company Law so that gives me the impression it would be quite a heavy subject - looking at the module list it looks interesting. Revenue law, I literally fell asleep reading the description. AFAIK Company is an FE1 subject though.

    Different strokes for different folks of course.
