Basic route description has been added to Audax Ireland web page for the event http://www.audaxireland.org/calendar/gazetteer/kings-mountain-200/
Sounds like a good one to kick off the new Audax Season ! Map and more info will be added to the web page over the nex week or two.
    Cheers, LG.

Hi all, Please note that the Kings Mountain 200 (2013 Audax Season Opener) is taking place on SUNDAY 24th February, not the Saturday as previously published.
    Cheers, LG.

Enjoyed the Dying Light in Oct, my first Audax. Think I'll have a go at this too. Give me an incentive to put some miles in over the next few weeks.

Audax seems very enjoyable and sociable. I found everyone very welcoming to a newbie and free with encouragement and tips. As someone who normally cycles solo (childcare responsibilities means I can't commit to regular club spins) I really enjoyed the many chats I had around the course.

    Hopefully in.
Aiming for this if I get a hall pass, otherwise Midleton 200 a week later.

Decided to ask for a hall pass for the Midleton 200 and then go out for a spin with the lads the week before, and have a few flats/incidents which is why I was so late home ;)

Caution to anyone using a roof mount - there's an overhead barrier at the entrance to that car park!
