If being a healthy weight with the possibility of enjoying life and living as long as possible is not incentive enough then they are a lost cause.

What about people with eating disorders, bulemia, anorexia etc...........throwing fivers at them isnt going to get them to eat a burger!

to some extent, but people go to rehab because the courts make them as they have committed crimes.
(Unless they can afford it).

Someone who just had a cheese burger isn't going to go run over somebody in their car. They are only harming themselves.
