I need to lay a small amount of concrete, about half a meter square by about 20-30 cm deep in Midleton anyone know someone who could sort me out?

didn't think about B agus Q, do they sell sand as well?

I was thinking about chadwicks, who wouldn't look at you if you weren't building a house or something...

They do, though they also sell the pre-mixed bags of concrete that you literally just add water to.
They're usually the handiest for small quantities of stuff - like you said - the 'proper' shops usually don't want the small amounts of business.

try power aggregates in carrigtwohill, think they mix small amounts for people as well, down the road opposite Aldi
