I've booked a little 4 day trip here in February. It looks small but nice. Anyone been there before and have any advice.

(Married couple who've been skiing for a few years - just can't do a week)

Was there years ago didnt have any issues. Good place to learn how to ski.
Have a couple of grappa's on the slopes and youll be fine. try the flavoured ones much better.

Very affordable place. Presume you booked through activitybreaks.com?

Best to get a car and drive up and down the mountain if you're comfortable driving. Otherwise I think there's a few buses. If your staying in boario terme then it's about 30 mins up each morning. Nice drive though.

There's a smashing little restaurant behind the church called La Svolta. Highly recommended. Pizzas looked awesome although I didn't try one :(

Cheap lessons there however make sure you have a good English speaker.
If you get bored there you could do worse things than drive to Passo Tonale (about 1.5 hours, but a much bigger resort).

Sugar reef bar not bad, there also an Irish bar there. If you find yourself hungry once you come down to the town but restaurants don't open til 7, just order a drink and you usually get some nibbles...life saver!

Was there about 6 years ago , we stayed in Boario Terme and found it fine for a few days. I think the buses leave Boario Terme at about 8 and 10 in the morning and leave Montecampione about 4:45 that evening.

As willywonka said there are some nice restaurants there, the food was good and the price was very reasonable.
