astra chugging

    i have a 00 1.4astra witg 150k on it.it has started chugging when drivin at around 2000 revs.it is very annoying and even feels dangerous like no power to pass. have checkd oil n put in new plugs but no difference. need help please

    Sounds like a dirty EGR or throttle valve. Any other symptoms?

    EGR is a fairly common issue with these.

    The coil pack is an equally common failure, assuming its the 1.4 16v engine.
