Do you think she's going to give him a tough grilling or is it all just a set up to try and make himself look plausible again. I dont think she's the ideal person to be interviewing him in these circumstances. These are the type of people he should be meeting imo.

He's not religious as far as I know. As for the forgiveness and hug, you need to cry for Oprah to get one of those. He'll probably be putting in the eye drops beforehand to take care of that one.

I know what will happen already. Lance will cry. Oprah will cry. They'll hug. Audience will applaud. Lance will get to talk about how great he is and Oprah will get her ratings.

It's the only reason Armstrong would agree to go on air, if they agreed not to ask him questions he doesn't want to answer and that they made him out to be a hero again.

Realistically there is no way his PR team would let him go on the show if he was going to get a bashing.
I expect this to be very similar to the tiger woods apology and crocodile tears.
Its merely a redemption for middle america. Lance doesnt care about David Walsh or Paul Kimmage. He knows he will be hated in europe forever.
He just needs one soft interview for the vacuous american public to fawn over and he can go back to playing happy families at the ranch in Austin.

He's atheist so no explicit God talk. Pretty sure she'll ask him about 'sharing' his 'spiritual journey' though and that his problems are all because he stopped nurturing his 'inner child' at some point.

Oh and that if he doesn't he should start a 'gratitude journal'.
Then the tears of remorse from Lance for what he's put his family through, regret, hugs, more empathic tears from her..etc etc.

He's not only a cheater in sport but also in his personal life. He's ripped off countless business associates, friends, his current and previous marriages are just sham marriages as he has always had multiple mistresses and girlfriends. And not to mention lying to cancer victims for personal gain.A classic case of a sociopath. I almost feel bad for him at this stage as he is obviously got a mental disorder and can't help himself. It's just pathetic. shame on the cycling hierarchy for allowing this situation to develop and to enable him.
