FETAC and Mature Students

I am in the middle of a FETAC PLC course and am preparing to fill out the CAO form online. I see that I can tick the Mature Applicants box as well as FETAC one. Can anybody tell me if one choice will supercede the other in the allocation of courses - as I know the FETAC goes by a points system and Matures get an…

Nope, select both and you will actually have more of a chance of getting in. As when offers come both your mature student and fetac results will be taken into account.
