Hi everyone..quick question I hope someone can answer
I want to replace my electric seat in my 2007 focus with a manual version from a breaker car..will the replacement seat fit the rails in my car or are they different rails for the electric and manual

Someone will ask so... The reason I'm doing it is the motor is gone in the electric seat at 450 to fix where as the manual is 40 squid.. Quick swop till I get the money together for the electric repair

    Many thanks

Would the rails not come with the seat?

I can't imagine they'd have different body shells for different seats, shouldn't be a problem. I'd be more concerned by side airbags.

all the floor holes for the seats are all the same ,, so if your just swapping seats they will be he same ,only difference if you are swappin the complete seat will be the electrical connector , might be a bit different , as a result of the wiring for the base motor
