Old NTL silver modem. Any use?

Quick one. I found an old silver NTL modem, as can be seen here and here. My question, is this any use, or should I just throw it out? Any modding or repurposing opportunites? Or is it just a paper weight? Thanks.

Last I recall, they remain the property of UPC.
