Ya I got the diagrams but the front lights are a bit unfaithful somtimes they might work and sometimes they dont I put the multi meter on the connectors of the bulb and I am only getting 2.9 in the dc mode but I did not touch them yet.it is still the original wiring but does anyone know what is causing this is it bad earth etc. ... or if I got a wiring digram I would know where the wires go or what's the problem .hope someone can sort my problem thanks tj

Check the meter on the battery first. Make sure that's ok first. It sounds like everything is wired in series rather than parallel. 4 lights in series would be 3V each.

It is a new battery last week and the front side lights work off another switch

Sounds to me like there is a dodgy earth connection somewhere, try checking all the wires that connect to the chassis. might do the trick

No, I meant to check the meter is working right, by connecting it to the battery. As in it should read 12V or close, in DC mode.
