This is like asking where can I buy a piece of string? OP there is no x=y formula to this question, there are too many variables in this to give an answer.

You need to do some research on an exact make and model you are interested in, check the various websites like carzone.ie and donedeal.ie and see what the general "asking" price is based on mileage and current condition. Prices will vary hugely between dealers and private sellers as dealers include warranties and comeback.
