What is "my postgraduate degree" as gaeilge? le do thoil

hi guys,

just a quick question what is "my postgraduate degree" as gaeilge?

would it be mo cheim iarcheime or just simply mo iarcheime? Or maybe something along the lines of dara-céim etc

"Mo chéim iarchéime" is the correct way to say it I believe, but "mo iarchéim" is used by a lot of people as well. You can pick whichever one you want

Although not quite as literal a translation, árdchéim might also be used.

And note that mo + vowel become san apostrophe. m'iarchéim

árdchéim is a perfectly valid spelling, if nonstandard. Standard would be ardchéim. Just letting you know if that matters. Both are perfectly valid.

In a translation course I did we were told to definitely not say céim twice. M'iarchéim is what I would say.
