    Could be a good show.

Can never understand why so many people watch the LLS and ignore Norton's far, far superior offering. He has a great line up most weeks and the interaction is refreshing and there's a real sense of fun. The guests actually seem to enjoy themselves whereas on the LLS they squirm around and it's almost as if they're trying to stop a firing squad from lettin rip.

Good enough show tonight i thought. Beats the hell out of the LLS.

Next week Denzel Washington. One of my favourites.

And agreed Darko. I think some people watch the LLS just to post about how bad it is when they could be watching the GNS and actually having a laugh.

Showing the Kurt Russell episode to a friend and he's enjoying it even though he dislikes Russell and hates Norton. I don't think there has ever been an episode of the LLS that anyone would ever consider rewatching yet many episode of Norton can be rewatched and enjoyed just as much.

Have been watching the Graham Norton Show for years , as far back to C 4.

My wife and I are great fans of the GNS.

It is great to unwind and have a great laugh on Friday night.

Graham is the Best TV entertainer in this part of the world.

He is also fantastic on BBC radio.

    Fabulous!

Have not seen LLS in years, don't have RTE for . No loss. Too depressing!

Flicked back and forth to it tonight and have to admit that it was a great show. Emeli Sande's performance was exceptional.

Always worth watching the Red Chair Clips on You Tube. If you have had a hardship day , block out the world, sit down for half an hour, watch the clips, go with the flow, until the tears of laughter roll down your face.

Even Graham's antics are hilarious, reckon he could carry the show with even fewer guests. He is just sooooo funny!

Agree, Emilies Sande's performance was exceptional. What a lovely lady.

By the way , the Irish accents in the video with John Travolta were West Limerick IMHO.

That it's on the same time as the LLS just shows how good or bad a chatshow can be. GNS focuses on the chat part, get a good host, good guests and then get them to tell stories and it works excellently, whereas on RTÉ Tubridy will be reading questions from a script, focusing on the book the guest has come on to plug

While I'm not particularly a fan of Norton, I do find the interaction between guests HUGELY refreshing.

So sick of seeing chat shows with one guest being thrown out after another doing promotion.

All the guests on the same couch interacting, chatting and joking just works... and do wish it would catch on elsewhere.

Outside the chat show I can't stand Norton but he's in his element on the show. He knows ow to get the best out of the people on his couch and isn't afraid to have a little. Watching the Kurt Russell episode and its a masterclass in how a good chat show should work. Russell wasn't promoting anything, he was just there to have a little fun and it was refreshing as hell. Norton made him feel at ease and the childish games and jokes entertained Russell and he really got into the seinf of things. Imagine Kurt Russell sat opposite Tubridy? It would be TV akin to a multiple car crash.

Watched it tonight on TV3, very good this week, I didn't think I'd like Tarantino but he was great. I think Graeme is a great host, doesn't feel like he has to get all the laughs and sets up the guests to get easy laughs and also not afraid to make fun of himself.

Chemistry between Tarantino, McAvoy and Davies was spot on. Along with Norton, they all have a black sense of humour. One of the good ones. Loved the Shakespeare recital.

The worst Graham Norton show will always beat the Late Late. Every week it's at least good, and most weeks it's excellent. Love the way they have everybody on the couch together and GN is good at getting everybody to interact and giving time to each.

Jonathan Ross on a Saturday could learn from it - I really dislike the way he takes one guest at a time.
