Mods, please move if this is not in correct place.

I am hoping someone can help me please.
I am looking for a case but I can't find it.

Basically the facts of the case. A Kate/Catherine Byrne was in court against her husband, Patrick Byrne. They owned a pub on Cork Street in Dublin. He left her and then tried to claim the property. It went to court but Catherine/Kate won. This happened some time between 1890-1901. I don't know the exact year. It was a big case at the time and made the front of newspapers as far as I know.

I read the case in college about 15 years ago but I can't find it now and really want to look it up again.

I'd be grateful if anyone could find it or tell me a citation for it so I could find it.

    Thank you.
