Anything over 10k cash means that the staff member must automatically refer the matter to the fraud official for money laundering purposes. However any cash transaction that is out of course with the usual account activity can be reported also, it depends on the staff member.

The €10k is generally the threshold. Remember this doesnt mean it must be a single transaction. A number of transactions going over this threshold which is outside normal activity on the account could easily trigger a response to revenue.
