    Hi,

Up until September 2012 my wife was on illness benefit and my credits were reduced accordingly but when she came off the benefit my credits were never increased,i have tried ringing but my wait time is 10-12 mins which i can't afford to wait to be heard.
My question is if i request a P21 will this be corrected and any refund given or do we need to send a letter with the information?

Send a letter or email your district.

    Faster imo

Can I ask what the link is between your wifes Illness Benefit and your credits?

I had some deducted as it was counted as income on her some,we also lost the home carers benefit as well.

Got through today and hope to get it all sorted soon
