Whats a pedestal mat? Are you on about the mat around the toilet bowel and handbasin?
You are moving into a new house and you are going to bring the old ones?

Yes you can wash pedestal mats, provided they are made of washable fabric - look on the label. How often? Probably weekly.

Just watch if the bottom of the mat is rubber, my missus put ours into a machine wash and it lost a lot of the rubber, it nearly burn the motor as it jammed the drain and I had to replace a brush on it then.

    So check the label!
