Online Broker and inactivity fees

I am looking into putting some money into some US equites, been on the hunt for an online broker but they all seem to charge inactivity fees of some sort. Is there anyone out there that has a low enough commision that doesn't charge these fees? I am only going to be investing not trading i.e holding for 10 years or more.…
