    A year ago today i stopped smoking, I still can't believe it as i used to chain smoke. nearly slipped up a couple of times but i made it!!. Still miss them at times but it passes. good luck to everyone.. :D

    Thanks a mil and you can do it. 11 days is a long time so well done! Save the money that's the one thing I wish I'd done!! Good luck and it will get easier as every day passes.

    Thanks Dave. I got a bad cold at Xmas and I was so delighted that I had given up as I know it would have been 10 times worse if I hadn't!! I read the Alan Carr book a week after I gave up, (I did it backwards!!) but it definitely worked for me!! Best of luck!!
