Freeview stations timing out.

Can anyone please tell me why bbc and itv stations are timing out 3/4 way through programmes showing the message 'no signal'. I have a 600mm dish connected to a 'Strong SRT6205' receiver which picks up Astra, Hotbird, Atlantic and any other you care to mention with an 86 to 88% signal strength and has 200+ stations…

Can anyone please tell me why bbc and itv stations are timing out 3/4 way through programmes showing the message 'no signal'. I have a 600mm dish connected to a 'Strong SRT6205' receiver which picks up Astra, Hotbird, Atlantic and any other you care to mention with an 86 to 88% signal strength and has 200+ stations available in excellent quality, but it seems just when you're looking forward to the finale of a programme the screen goes black and the above message sneers out at you, arrgh!
Help please?
