    Hi,

I'm not really clued up in this kind of thing but my question is : I'm currently unemployed and taking part in a part time course. I did a few hours temping in 2012 (very few!) . My course is tax deductible but I'm not sure if I need to have worked a certain amount of hours in order to claim a refund . Any ideas?

    Thanks.

In order to claim any refund of tax you need to have paid tax in the year you paid the fee.
