Right ive a bit of a issue with the bingo, oil in the coolant, now before everyone starts saying head gasket issues i want to consider something else.

    Oil cooler sambo plate?

Ive heard this mentioned before so i want to rule i out or try it before i rip the head off.
Van does not overheat is not using water or oil(not a noticable amount)
Has anyone come across this before? Its not an expensive part so my fingers are crossed

    05 berlingo 1.9 N/A

If the van has an oil cooler then its certainly a possible cause but its not as simple a fix as just replacing the cooler though as every component of the cooling system needs to be cleaned and the engine oil system needs to be completely flushed too.
