How many of us are currently 100% in tip top form... nowt wrong and no medication (legal

) needed for anything?

Thankfully I'm usually 100% (as far as I'm aware!) but just got a few small injuries that short sort themselves out soon...
I'm always grateful of my good health and moreso if I ever get any sort of illness or injury.

A few bits and pieces that I'll be on medication for the forseeable future for. Thyroid medication will be for life, the others, who knows?

Not too bad thank god, except for a niggly lower back that flares up every so often, i feel about 90 today because of it.

I'm grand thankfully. I have a long term medical condition that doesn't affect me on a day to day basic and doesn't require medication. I do check in with a consultant annually for bloods and scans.

I'm usually 100% all the time and I never get fully blown sick.

Feeling a bit stiff today and have a bit of a sore throat but I'll be grand. No medication needed cos I'm a hard man :pac:

Im on a couple of medications for life, and one for the 2 months but otherwise physically Im feeling 100% I guess. where my category?!

I have a medical condition that is bad a little over half the time, a neurological disorder that's obviously always there, and mental health problems that come and go.

I don't get sick very often - like colds and bugs and that. I did get the winter vomiting bug this year, but I don't think there are many people who escaped that!
