Hi all, My fiance and I have just gotten planning permission! Wohoo! We are now sorting out the specs of our house and are ready to start the mortgage hunt. We are both clueless in this area and I am very interested in speaking to a mortgage adviser / broker in the Cork area. Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!
