Casual JSA work days sheet

    Hi,

I have applied for Casual JSA and handed in my documentation yesterday. I was given a form to mark with the days I work or not as the case may be.

The form has 4 grids on it (1 for each week). Each week has to be signed and dated. The first week ended Tuesday (the day after I got the form) so do I need to hand-in Week 1 immediately or wait till the end of the month when all the dates are marked.
I only ask as each grid has next to it: "When you have completed the form, hand in to your Local Office immediately" suggesting each grid is a separate form.

I've tried phoning the Cork Local Office but gave up after being on hold for 40 minutes!

The form needs to be handed in weekly.
