I got my degree in fashion from england, so if you were thinking of applying to a degree course in england i would have a look at the UCAS website. All the information and links to universities will be on that.
You will need a portfolio to apply with, which I guess you probably know.
    hope that helps :)

Are you doing a fashion or art course at the moment? Because if you are not I would definately recommend doing one before you start applying to colleges abroad. There are a lot of one year fashion courses you can do to help build up your portfolio and this would also increase your chances of being accepted.

But portfolio wise, you would need to show that you can draw and can communicate your ideas through drawing, so observational drawing would be important, fashion illustration, mood boards, trend boards, colour boards, fabric boards, what influences your designs and ideas? designers etc. Can you draft patterns and sew? if yes take pictures of anything that you have made and that could be included.

Draw lots, find something that you have drawn that you can draw even more from and that you can develop from, keep developing that and design a collection from it.

Lots of people put up their portfolios online and on utube you could have a look at them for ideas. There is also lots of books that show you how t create a fashion portfolio aswell.

    Good Luck!
