M50 speed camera

Was driving north on the M50 tonight and noticed white lines for speed cameras near junction 12, I'm not on this stretch much but never noticed them before, is there a new fixed camera there and is it working.

Been there a long time. I don't think there is a camera.

Lines are all there and Gantry's are all installed but still no camera's

There for a couple years but no camera.

Pretty sure they have been there since the last upgrading work was done there but no camera as of yet as far as I know but I cant swear on it, similar lines near the M1 junction northbound & Blanchardstown exit southbound. I always slow down for them as I am terrified that they will install a camera one day & catch us all out

It's been like that for at least four years at this stage and still no cameras. Lull us into a false sense of security and then sneakily install them one night is what they're going to do I bet.

Was on the m50 today going southbound. Not on it very often. I was going slightly over and went over the white lines. This was before the toll, I believe around the Blanch exit. Has anybody ever been caught at that section? I hope they are just the lines and no actual camera.

There are no speed cameras on the M50......yet

I hope so, there is nothing worse than that sick feeling in your stomach when you go over those lines. Cheers
