Cheap and Healthy Recipes

I though it'd be a good idea (really for passing noobs like me) to have a few cheap and healthy recipes to fall back on when times are tough, or you're in a hurry. I have a really nice and healthy and seems to have six potions in it, but I'm not sure if I'm able to post a link to a cooking website...
