09-01-2013 08:26PM#1I have passed the first application questions stage for a customer support specialist and have now been asked to complete an online video test.
The test will take about 30 minutes to complete, and I have a set amount of time to read and answer each question.
Has anyone done one of these before and if so how did you find it/what was asked?
Any help GREATLY appreciated
