Old tv new graphics card

    Not entirely sure this is in the right section so please move if wrong.

    My gfx card is on its way out (I have a old gtx 8800) and I need to replace it but it seems all of the ones I can afford only have DVI, HDMI an old monitor connector.

    My old tv only has a coaxial (thats the Yellow one right?), scart and s-video input.

    Is there any device that can convert hdmi (or the monitor port) to any of the above?
