Best stroke for chest muscles ?

    As the title suggest, whats the best stroke to strengten/tone my chest muscles (i've gone a bit soft after Chrustmas ;) )

    If I was trying to jazz-up my man-rack I'd also throw in some wide armed push-ups. I know it's not swimming, but I reckon you'd get results in less time than swimming alone.

    I know what a push up is, so a wide-arm push is simply stretching my arms out longer than the norm ?

    i would have thought breast stroke for this, could be wrong.
    used know a breaststroker years ago his chest was bloody enormous on which i'm mostly basing this advice :-)
    def think the advice on resistance training is good
