    I've always avoided Celeron processors. I think if you were to strech your budget a bit you would get a far superior laptop.

    Just from having a quick browse I see thatthis has been suggested as a good value laptop, though it's significantly more expersive but worth it IMO.

    i would second that on staying away from celeron processors

    at a quick glance here is an i3 asus

    i would spend that little more as it would be better in the long run

    if you buy from them pay with CC not paypal - they will email you and ask you to phone them to confirm your shipping address
