Not sure if this is the best forum, but I'm just looking for opinions / recommendations on garden rooms.

I'm looking into getting one built as a craft / hobby / games room.

There seems to be a lot of places online with lots of different options, but its difficult to really compare them all meaningfully because of differences in whats included in their pricing, such as extent of electrical work, painting, insulation etc.

I'm not looking for something extremely swish and swanky, like Shomera, which looks way outside budget. But at the same time I've seen stuff that looks like the insulation wouldn't keep out a fly's fart.

So does anyone have any experience or recommendations here?

Budget is between 10 and 12K, and a couple of sites I've looked at are:
