Eircom Broadband very bad in Waterford City at night

    Am about mile from city centre should be getting about 6mb its less than 1mb the last hour or so!!

    I'm having the same problem in Dublin. My ping is between 800 and 1200ms, top download speed of about 0.3mbps.
